These terms apply to purchases on touchwood.produsa.app ("Mobile Touchwood"), a brand of Boit Technologies ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What you are buying
Mobile Touchwood pieces are wooden accessories (pendants, keychains, buckles, cuffs, rings, earrings, phone grips and gift sets) with real wood in the finish you choose: treated wood, teak, or unpolished teak. Each piece is made to order. Because wood is natural, grain, colour and texture vary, and your piece will not look exactly like the photographs.
The jokes
The "protection" percentages, jinx-risk scores, statistics, complimentary add-ons such as the Evil Eye Warranty and Splinter Insurance, and similar claims on this site are humour. They are not guarantees and are not part of what you are paying for. We make no promise of any medical, spiritual, financial, legal, sporting or other outcome.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free. Payment is taken in full when you order, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation with your order reference. If we cannot make a piece (for example, the wood is unavailable), we will tell you and refund you in full.

Care
Unpolished and raw wood can feel slightly rough, may darken with handling and should be kept dry. Do not use any piece in a way that could cause injury, and keep small pieces away from young children.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
